Where do I find discount codes

Discount codes are sent at random to anyone who subscribes to our email listing or has previously made a purchase. We feel this is the best way to thank our loyal customers. once you have your code you just need to enter it upon checkout. To subscribe simply scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email address. You wont regret it.

How long for products to get restocked

If you have found a product but it's out of stock, rest assure that we would have already ordered new stock. It's very unusual that we go out of stock as we like to keep stock high for our customers. Do you offer next day delivery

Express delivery is available but unfortunately is not free unlike standard shipping.

How long is your dispatch time

Handling time is the time it takes us to post your delivery to the couriers. Our current handling time is 24 hours but the average for us is between 2-6 hours. We do this to ensure you get your delivery as fast as possible.

How long does standard shipping take

Standard delivery is between 2-4 days. We average 2-3 days currently. If you need your package faster than that please send us a message through the contact form on the 'Contact' page.

What delivery service do you use

We use EVRI. We find this to be the be the most reliable service with good delivery times. It also enables us to track the order and see its progess.



Can I track my orders

Yes! Tracking codes should be sent out automatically once an order is placed. if for some reason it hasn’t been, please send us a messages and we will be able to send it across to you.

I’ve only had part of my order

Please check your tracking code to see if you have had any updates from the delivery service. If your order has not been delivered in the allotted time, please contact us and we will do our best to track down your items and take the necessary steps.

My order has not yet arrived

If none of your order has been delivered in the timeframe, please check the tracking code you were sent to see if there have been any updates. If not, please contact us and we can contact the delivery service and have your parcel with you as fast as possible.

Do you offer free returns

please see our return policy for all the information needed in regards to returned items. Free returns are offered as long as the item isnt on sale and isnt damaged in any way.
